I'm Romina DeNicola, your business mentor and guide. I’ve taught entrepreneurship at CUNY and led both a university venture accelerator and a thriving community of startup founders and solopreneurs. My work focuses on helping small business owners test product-market fit, launch with intention, and scale with clarity.

Before that, I spent two decades in marketing strategy and program management for respected organizations like The Economist, BusinessWeek, NYC Media Lab, and Blackstone LaunchPad. My passion is personal – my father ran his own lawn and landscaping business, and I grew up understanding the grit, pride, and heart that go into building something of your own. Helping others grow is part of who I am.
